Health Coaching

Health coaching offers numerous benefits for behaviour change, providing individuals with the support, motivation, and personalised strategies needed to make lasting improvements in their health.

A health coach helps clients set realistic goals, overcome obstacles, and develop sustainable habits, leading to enhanced overall well-being. When a dietitian serves as your coach, you gain the added advantage of expert nutritional guidance.

This ensures that dietary changes are not only effective but also tailored to meet your specific health needs. A dietitian-coach combines the science of nutrition with the art of coaching, offering evidence-based recommendations while fostering a supportive and empowering environment for successful behaviour change.

FUSSY EATERS

Having encountered many families that had difficulty with fussy eaters, Michelle trained in the SOS approach to feeding.

SOS APPROACH

The SOS approach to feeding uses positive reinforcement in a sequential method that helps selective eaters to gradually overcome feeding challenges.

Michelle’s approach is to work collaboratively with families and create a supportive environment that encourages children to explore new foods and build positive relationships with healthy eating. The mission of Mobile Dietitian is to make mealtimes fun and enjoyable, free from stress and anxiety.
