Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner.

No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Appointment Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other patients. In order to be respectful of others, please contact Mobile Dietitian as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 1 hour in advance. Your advance notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please send an email to Mobile Dietitian or call us.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by 5pm the day before the appointment date will receive a 100% refund on the booking fee.

Cancellations made after this will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee and the opportunity to reschedule.

Missed appointments will not receive a refund.

If Mobile Dietitian staff arrive for a home visit and no one is home, the participant will be charged for travel time and the full cost of the service.

Mobile Dietitian reserves the right to end a service agreement if a client or participant continues to miss or cancel appointments.
