To take this to work, you will want to cook the pasta at home, and throw it in a container to take to work. I would keep the lettuce separate while the pasta cools down to keep it from wilting. Everything else can be added to the pasta at home, or you could take the salmon or chickpeas still in their tins to add later.

Another alternative is to use baby spinach leaves and then some wilting is more acceptable than wilted lettuce.
